Frequently Asked Questions

Who will be teaching the students?

Most of our staff are trained by prestigious formal institutions, such as the Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI), ensuring students receive professional-grade instruction and guidance.

How is the workshop structured?

To foster teamwork and peer learning, students work together in small groups of 4 to 5 throughout the workshop. Each group shares a workstation to complete the day's recipes after the initial instructor demonstration.

How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

We are happy to accommodate dietary needs. We can adjust ingredients for students who are vegetarian or have specific food allergies. We ask that schools provide detailed requirements in advance so we can ensure a safe environment for everyone.

What should students bring with them?

While Pots N Pans provides all professional equipment and drinking water, we ask that students bring their own food containers if they wish to take their creations home.

What are your payment terms?

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the contract price is required. The remaining 70% balance must be settled before the start of the event.

What happens in the event of extreme weather?

If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warning is issued before 8:00 AM, classes will be canceled for the day.

We will work closely with your school to reschedule the session for a future date.
